Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Returns are accepted by mail only; we do not offer in-store or drop-off returns.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@grantshoes.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Your shipping address
  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions with the return address included. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels; customers should use a trackable mail service for returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Grant Shoes will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and will be issued to your original payment method. All refunds are processed in GBP (£).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased with store credit

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 5 business days after approval:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day window.

  • To request an exchange for a different size, color, or product, email info@grantshoes.com with your order details and request.
  • For preference-based exchanges, customers will cover return and new shipping costs.
  • For exchanges due to faulty or incorrect items, Grant Shoes will cover all shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email info@grantshoes.com with your order number and photographic evidence as soon as possible. We will ensure a replacement is sent at no cost to you and cover return shipping costs for the incorrect or faulty product.

Order Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
